SOUTH WALES Police is currently at the scene of a road traffic collision in Bridge Road, Llandaff North, Cardiff.
Emergency services were called shortly after 4.50pm today.
The collision involved a car and a cyclist.
The cyclist was taken to hospital and is believed to have suffered serious injuries.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested and is in police custody.
Bridge Road is currently closed in both directions and Radyr Court Road is partly closed while investigation work is carried out.
