GWENT Police have located, arrested and have 29-year-old Shane Lee Lever in police custody following an appeal for information.
Shane Lee Lever from Caerphilly, had been released from prison after serving a 20 month prison sentence for violent disorder but he breached his licence conditions.
Gwent Police have thanked the public for their assistance with the appeal.
