POLICE investigating a collision in which a pedestrian was injured by motorcyclist who failed to stop at the scene, are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Officers were to Mount Pleasant Lane, Llanrumney, at approximately 5.15pm yesterday (Saturday, June 22) following the collision.
An 83-year-old man required hospital treatment but has since been discharged.
Enquiries are ongoing to locate the motorcyclist and bike involved in the collision, and officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or saw an orange off-road bike being ridden in the Llanrumney or Rumney areas prior to of following the collision.
The motorcyclist was believed to be wearing a white t-shirt.
Officers are also urging anyone with dash-cam or CCTV footage which could assist the investigation to come forward.
