POLICE in Pontypridd are appealing to the natural parents of a looked-after infant to make contact.
The parents allegedly took their seven-month-old infant from a social services contact centre in Pontypridd at approximately 10 am today (Monday, 21 October) without the consent of the local authority.
The man and woman involved are Gareth Roberts, 37, and Gemma Thomas, 35, who are both from Porth.
A CCTV still captures them after they left the centre.
Officers are trying to locate them – the last sighting was in Rhydyfelin but their current location is unknown. It is believed they may attempt to travel out of the area so officers are also appealing to people living outside.
Anybody who may have seen them or who knows where they are should contact police immediately giving reference *388908 or they can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
