Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed that a man has been arrested in connection with an alleged rape at the green Man Festival in Powys.
A statement from Dyfed-Powys Police reads as follows:
“Officers investigating an alleged rape at the Green Man Festival in Powys have made an arrest.
“The arrest came following the release of an e-fit on Friday, 26 August.
“The man has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
“We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident at this time.
“We would like to thank everyone who shared the appeal.Dyfed-Powys Police has released an E-fit of a man they would like to speak to as part of their investigation into a rape allegation at the Green Man Festival.”
