Householders in Carmarthenshire are being reminded that there are changes to bin collections over the August Bank Holiday.
From Monday, August 30 until Friday, September 3, collections will take place one day later than usual. Remember Friday collections will be picked up on Saturday instead.
These changes also affect garden waste collections.
Please put your bins out by 6am on the day of collection, and remember, the maximum number of black bags you can put out is three a fortnight. Please recycle as much as possible in your blue bags and put any food waste in your green bins which are collected weekly.
The recycling centres in Trostre (Llanelli), Nantycaws (Carmarthen), Wernddu (Ammanford), and Whitland are all open on Bank Holiday Monday. To book an appointment please visit the recycling pages.
