Appearing at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday (Apr 23) 37 year-old Dean John Follows of 21A Marine Street faced a charge of theft.
The court heard that on 17/04 Follows stole a pedal cycle belonging to Luke Williams Contrary to sections 1(1) and 7 of the Theft Act 1968. Further that Follows committed another offence, namely burglary during an operational period of a suspended sentence. Follows had also been charged with trespassing at Willow Cafe in Llanelli and stealing four bags of chicken breast valued at £20.
Follows was committed to prison for 4 weeks consecutive to the third offence of trespass. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
