A 21-year-old man from Milford Haven who told police he was out testing a motorcycle at a disused caravan park during the emergency period has been ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £239.
The court heard that on 13.05.2020 Samuel Harding of 37 Wentworth Close, Hubberston, Milford Haven, without reasonable excuse, during the emergency period, left or remained away from the place where he was living and was seen with others on the green area to a disused caravan park with alcohol by the cars and on the ground.
Contrary to regulations 8(1) and 12(1)(b) & (4) of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020.
Harding stated that he was there testing an off road motor cycle.
Harding was fined £120 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.00. and costs of £85.00.
