A Carmarthenshire based locksmith has won the prestigious award of Locksmith of the Year 2021/22.
Ben Murray who runs INDY LOCKS, which is based in Carmarthenshire beat off stiff competition to win. The key (no pun) to his success Ben says is ‘hard work’ and a lot of dedication, training and a willingness to give everyone the best service possible.
Founder of the company Ben Murray has 12 years experience in the field and a qualification from the British Locksmith Association. Although Ben is based in Llanelli his services cover the whole of South Wales. Ben said: We offer a professional, speedy and effective service for anyone who might find themselves locked out of their car or property for any reason.”

Judges for the awards were particularly impressed with Ben’s speed of operation. He achieves this as he is based on the M4 corridor and can travel to numerous counties such as Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and the Swansea Valley. The average call out time for Ben is an impressive 1 hour from request to response.
The judges said that Ben also had a high level of expertise when dealing with clients. Ben is also qualified as an Auto Locksmith with Hickleys Automotive Academy. He has an exceptional track record for regaining access to cars and properties without causing any damage.
