TRULY Scrumptious food, not a child catcher in sight, a fantastic bubble making contraption on wheels, lots of vintage vehicles, live music and oh you Chitty Chitty Bang Bang attracted the crowds to Llanelli town centre today, Saturday (Sep 21) as Ymlaen Llanelli put on another one of their events.
Families descended on the town to enjoy all that was on offer and the rain held off up until late afternoon.

One of the most famous cars from any vintage movie was the star attraction. The classy vehicle GEN11 had good company as a pink cadillac, morris minor police car a Triumph Herald, MG and even an old plane lined up along Stepney Street. There was even a Caractacus Potts lookalike playing a tune on the banjo.
The St Elli Centre was not left out with children’s entertainers performing for those who wanted to soak up the fun.
A live music stage was set up close enough to the library for tunes to waft into the music section.
All in all, this was yet another successful event for the team from Ymlaen Llanelli, which undoubtedly boosted the coffers in the tills of local businesses amd attracted people from outside of the metropolis that is Llanelli.
