Council tenants to give views on housing services

TENANTS in Carmarthenshire are being asked their views on housing services.

A survey has been sent out to thousands of council owned homes encouraging people to give feedback on services Carmarthenshire County Council currently provides as a landlord.

Whether it’s the overall quality of your home, your neighbourhood or the way the council deals with house repairs and maintenance the housing team are keen for feedback.

The survey is freepost and all completed forms will automatically be entered into a free prize draw to win one of three £100 prizes.

The council’s executive board member for housing, Cllr Linda Davies-Evans said: “The views and opinions of out tenants is very important to us and we are always looking at ways on how we can improve our services. This is an ideal opportunity for people to tell us how we are doing or if we need to do more. All the information provided in the surveys will form part of our plans to improve these services in the future. Just fill out the questionnaire and return it in the pre-paid envelope.”

Independent company called ARP Research will carry out this survey on our behalf and in line with data protection rules (GDPR) and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. ARP Research is completely confidential and no link between your answers and your identity will be retained in the survey data

The closing date is June 18.
