There have been 354 new coronavirus recorded in the Hywel Dda Health Board area according to the latest figures today (Friday, October 15).
The latest data shows there were 183 new cases in Carmarthenshire, 146 in Pembrokeshire and 25 in Ceredigion since the last report.
The total number of cases across the three counties now stands at 35,354 – 21,277 in Carmarthenshire, 9,402 in Pembrokeshire and 4,675 in Ceredigion.
There were no new Covid-related deaths recorded in the Hywel Dda area since the last report, with the total standing at 534 throughout the pandemic.
In total 3,130 new cases of coronavirus and 15 new Covid-related deaths have been reported across Wales bringing the national total to 392,282 cases and 6,005 deaths.
There have been 27,359 tests done across the country since the last report.
Across Wales 2,405,335 people have had their first dose of covid-19 vaccine and 2,233,773 have had their second dose and are fully vaccinated.
Hywel Dda University Health Board is no longer updating its vaccination reports with invitations for third ‘booster’ doses now going out to residents across the three counties in priority order.
