FISHGUARD RNLI’s all-weather lifeboat and volunteer crew launched on Friday 20 September to go to a pleasure boat with engine problems near Abercastle.
The 18 foot pleasure craft with two passengers aboard contacted HM Coastguard to seek assistance.
The lifeboat launched at 12:30pm and once on scene took the craft under tow back to Fishguard harbour arriving at 3pm.
The tow was then shortened and the pleasure boat was delivered to Goodwick public slipway with the lifeboat returning to station at 3.15pm.
