POLICE are investigating following a serious assault in the Canton area of Cardiff on Saturday, (May 2).
Officers were called to Ivy Street just after 3pm following reports of a disturbance involving a group of people.
One man, 35, sustained non-life threatening puncture injuries and is in the University Hospital of Wales in a stable condition.
Two men, aged 37 and 32, and a 32 year-old woman, have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently in police custody.
A police cordon was set up in Ivy Street and an investigation into the incident is underway.
