LLANDUDNO RNLI fund raising volunteers spent the winter lockdown months preparing a recipe book as part of the 2021 plans to boost their renewed and essential fundraising efforts.

Sue Perkins chairperson of the fundraising team described how the book had come about: ‘the team decided that collecting recipes from our local volunteers and supporters might be a good way to try something different in our fundraising activities. We had a great response and as people will see we gathered a tasty selection of recipes and some wonderful lifeboat images to make a great recipe book for people to buy.’

‘We have received fantastic support from the local community, and in particular, we are extremely grateful to Tony Bestall and Ben the Baker for their kind sponsorship.’

The Llandudno Lifeboat Recipe Book can be purchased from the RNLI shop.
