LLANDOVERY Hospital has isolated a number of patients who have tested positive for COVID-19.
In a statement the Hywel Dda University Health Board said: “All patients are stable and being cared for in isolation and according to COVID-19 and infection prevention guidelines, with appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and social distancing.
“The remainder of the hospital is unaffected and members of the public are advised that they can still access services and attend any pre-arranged appointments as normal.
“If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 – a new continuous cough, a high temperature, or a loss or change to sense of smell or taste – please stay at home and book a test through the UK portal.”
