OFFICERS investing the incident which occurred in the Redlands Road area of Penarth on Thursday (Aug 13), have charged a 16 year-old male with possessing an imitation firearm in a public place, assault, and racially aggravated common assault. All parties involved are known to each other.
He is due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates Court today.
Two other males, a 16 year-old from Penarth and a 20 year-old from Cardiff, and a 16 year-old female from Cardiff, have been released on bail.
