THE family of a man who died after a road traffic collision in Afan Way, Port Talbot have paid tribute to their ‘hero’.
Darren Williams, aged 49, died following the collision at about 4:35 pm on 8 September on the A4241, Afan Way junction with Victoria Road, Port Talbot.
His family have issued the following tribute:
“Our baby, our hero, absolutely top father and top husband loved and cherished by the family he lived life to the full and was proud of his accomplishments. He was also the best butty to son Cameron, fly high dad. “
The cause of the collision is under investigation and we would like to speak with any witnesses to the collision, any person who may have dash-camera footage of the incident or anyone who witnessed the manner of driving of any of the vehicles prior to the collision.
