South Wales Police are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred at around 4.45am on Wednesday (July 13) on Rhiwbina Hill, Cardiff.
The single vehicle collision involved a red Suzuki Alto containing five occupants; a 16 year-old boy, a 17 year-old girl, a 17-year old boy, an 18 year-old woman and an 18 year-old man.
All occupants were taken to the University Hospital Wales where the girl and woman remain in a serious condition.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or from anyone who saw the manner in which red Suzuki Alto was being driven prior to the incident and from anyone with video/ dash cam footage.
