Ploice are seeking the whereabouts of 46-year-old Wayne Evans in connection with restraining order breaches.
In a statement police said: We want to speak to 46-year-old Wayne Evans, from the Ystradgynlais area, in connection with restraining order breaches, theft and criminal damage offences.
He is believed to have links to the Ponterdawe, Ystradgynlais and Bristol areas.
