Dyfed-Powys Police is warning the perpetrators of mindless vandalism on Halloween Night that they may get a knock on the door themselves and that it won’t be a treat.
Posting on their #OpBang page they said:
HALLOWEEN ? | It’s sad to hear of the messages and calls coming into our contact centre this evening.
A five year old returning from a party, to his pumpkins smashed all over his house; and, an elderly lady cleaning eggs from her window (in this weather!) are just a couple of them.
It’s reassuring to hear the number of people who’ve managed to video these people on their ? doorbells… So, those who can’t be kind, can expect a visit from us sometime soon.
If you are reporting non-urgent matters, but are still things that harm your community, you can contact us online ?? https://www.dyfed-powys.police.uk/…/report-antisocial…/.
In an emergency, always ☎️ 999
