FOLLOWING the closure of several schools in South Ceredigion today (Monday, 23 November), due to coronavirus, six Pembrokeshire schools near the border will also be closed.
They are:
Ysgol Preseli
Ysgol y Frenni
Ysgol Llandudoch
Ysgol Eglwyswrw
Ysgol Clydau
and Ysgol Cilgerran.
The Pembrokeshire schools are closing as a precaution and because they share services – such as transport – with the Ceredigion schools.
The Ceredgion schools affected are:
Ysgol Uwchradd Aberteifi
Ysgol Gynradd Aberteifi
Ysgol Gynradd Penparc
Ysgol Gynradd Aberporth
Ysgol Gynradd T.Llew Jones
Ysgol Gynradd Llechryd
Ysgol Gynradd Cenarth
Two other Pembrokeshire schools are partially closed today (Monday) due to staff absence.
At Ysgol Harri Tudur/ Henry Tudor School (Pembroke), years 7-9 and Sixth Form should attend as normal but Years 10 and 11 are asked to learn from home.

At Spittal VC School Class 2 (Reception, year 1 and year 2) is closed to all pupils for Monday.
