SOUTH Wales Police is continuing to investigate a disturbance near Wentloog Avenue, Cardiff, on Sunday, March 21.
All police cordons have been lifted and we thank the local community for their patience, understanding and co-operation.
Thirteen males aged between 16 and 52, have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, assault and possession of offensive weapons.
Of the 13:
* Four are from South Wales.
* Nine are from elsewhere in the UK.
* 11 have been released on police bail.
* No further action is being taken against two others.
Officers were called to reports of an assault shortly after 4pm on Sunday, March 21.
Of the three men injured during the disturbance, one suffered potentially life-changing injuries.
It is understood that those involved are known to each other.
A number of weapons have been seized.
This is a complex investigation involving a number of other police forces and further arrests are anticipated.
