TWO men arrested in connection with a disturbance outside the Dar Ul-Isra Muslim Educational and Welfare Centre have been charged.
Police were called to the mosque in Wyverne Road, Cathays, at 1.23am on Sunday, June 2.
Luke Anthony Thomas, 19, from Rumney, has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and wounding.
Liam John Thomas, 18, from Gabalfa, has been charged with two counts of assault.
Both men have been remanded in custody to appear at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court
