DETECTIVES have charged two male youths in connection with the death of Mark Winchcombe.
Mr Winchcombe died from his injuries after an assault at about 12.55am on September 1 in Main Road, Neath Abbey, Skewen.
A 16-year-old has been charged with manslaughter and affray and another 16-year-old has been charged with affray. They have been released on police bail until appearing before Swansea Youth Court on 19 September.
Two 16-year-olds and two 14-year-olds have been released on police bail.
