TENDERS are invited for the quarterly tenancy of lock-up stall C39-40 in Llanelli Market Hall.
The stall, situated within the market building, has a retail area of approx 128 sq ft and is suitable for a variety of purposes.
To maintain a diverse market hall applications will not be considered for uses that are over-represented.
In addition to the proposed use, tenders will also be given consideration on rent level as well as other factors.
