Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a one-car collision at High Street, Newcastle Emlyn, which occurred at around 12.40am on 17 August 2019.
A blue Rover 45 collided with a telegraph pole, completely severing it from the ground.
There was a large crowd in the street when police arrived at the scene and officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision, or saw the car driving that night.
