Councillor Ann Bowen Morgan has been elected for Lampeter ward during the by-election held on Thursday, 06 October 2022.
The Plaid Cymru Councillor will represent the ward as County Councillor for Ceredigion County Council.
The position became vacant following the sudden death of the late Hag Harris who passed away in May 2022.
The turnout for the election was 42% with 39.2% of the votes going to Councillor Ann Bowen Morgan. She will start in their new role during the next few days.
