A fly tipping pensioner found herself in hot water after being spotted dumping her carpet along a footpath in Llanelli.
A member of the public captured her on camera carrying the carpet and depositing it in undergrowth.
Footage was then sent in to Carmarthenshire County Council’s environmental enforcement department.
When questioned by an enforcement officer, the woman admitted dumping it.
She was given a £350 Fixed Penalty Notice.
