Dr Gwenllian Lansdown Davies, Mudiad Meithrin Chief Executive said:
“Since we launched our Equality and Diversity Strategy in 2019, Mudiad Meithrin has been considering ways to tackle the under-representation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic individuals in our workforce. We have considered the steps we can take to realise a truly diverse workforce in Welsh-medium childcare and education.”
Opportunities are available in various Mudiad Meithrin departments:
• Digital Learning Training Apprentice for the creation of online content for Academi in the Training Department
(Level 3 Diploma).
• Digital Marketing Apprentice in the Marketing Department (Level 3).
