DYFED-Powys Police is appealing for information to help with their ongoing investigation, after a man was found with serious head injuries in Aberystwyth last night Saturday, (Jan 4)), following an assault.
The 35 year old man was found by officers sitting on the windowsill of a building along Bridge St, at around 9pm on Saturday night and was conveyed to hospital locally. His situation is thought to be serious and he is to be transferred to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff imminently.
Officers want to speak with any witnesses to the alleged incident and are particularly keen to speak with a group of three people (two male and one female) who were last seen outside of the Black Lion Pub, Bridge St around the time of the incident.
