SOUTH Wales Police is appealing for information after a fatal road traffic collision, which occurred at about 6.10pm yesterday (Sunday 30 August) on the Gurnos Ring Road at its junction with Goitre Lane, Gurnos, Methyr Tydfil.
The incident involved a Red Kawasaki Motorcycle and a Black Ford Focus Motor Car. Sadly the 42 year old male rider of the motorcycle died and his family are being supported by a specially trained liaison officer.
Officers wish to thank members of the public who assisted at scene and for their patience during the road closures.
