POLICE in Newtown are appealing for information about a suspicious incident that took place in the public toilets at Gravel car park on Short Bridge Street.
At round 12.30pm on Saturday, October 12, a man in his fifties who was performing a sex act on himself, approached a young man.
Police would like to identify and speak to a man who was in the area at the time. He was around 5ft 11 inches tall and had grey/brown stubble. He was wearing a blue fleece jacket with a grey and blue baseball cap.
