BBC2’s Race Across the World which is hoping to return for another series in the New Year is seeking people to take part in the programme.
Assistant Producer Becca Weaver said: “We are looking for dynamic duos (aged 18+) to take part. Have the restrictions of the pandemic sparked their wanderlust? Do they feel the need to re-evaluate an important relationship or share this journey with someone special? I thought it might be on interest to your followers and readers.”
BBC2’s Race Across the World sees its contributors take on the challenge of traveling thousands of miles, at ground level, across land and sea. Those chosen will experience life as a local in some of the world’s most beautiful and remote locations, but on a limited budget and without the luxuries of flights, credit cards and modern technology.
