SOUTH Wales Police is investigating the death of a 73-year-old man whose body was discovered outside a property near the Pontwalby Viaduct in Glynneath yesterday afternoon, Monday (Jan 27).
Officers have arrested and are questioning a 28 year old local man in connection with the incident.
