The service was conducted by the chair’s chaplain, Reverend Dr Caroline Jones. Guest preacher was the Bishop of St Davids, The Rt Revd Joanna Penberthy.
First Minister, Mark Drakeford attended along with Carmarthenshire County Council’s newly appointed chief executive Wendy Walters.
