A 35-year-old woman from Yeovil in Somerset has been ordered to pay a total of £811 for visiting Ystradfellte Falls during the emergency period.
The court heard that on 17.05.2020 at Ystradfellte Falls, Miss Kayleigh Degregorio of 11 Montrose Road Yeovil Somerset, without reasonable excuse, during the emergency period, left or remained away from the place where she was living, namely Yeovil, Somerset and travelled to the area on a non essential journey. Contrary to regulations 8(1) and 12(1)(b) & (4) of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020.
The verdict was recorded as: Proved Single Justice Procedure
Degregorio was fined £660.00 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66.00. She was also ordered to pay costs of £85.
