A plan for 11 homes at Devils Bridge has been approved by Ceredigion County Council planning officers.

The application for 11 dwellings and associated works at land adjacent to Pendre, Devils Bridge was approved subject to conditions and a section 106 agreement on August 4.

No details of what the proposal will look like, the conditions imposed or the decision notice have been published by the council, which includes such documents in its planning search facility with the majority of applications.

Another approved application with no published documents is a plan for six dwellings with garages on land to the rear of Parc yr Ynn, Llandysul.

This was approved subject to conditions on July 16.

They are listed with other delegated decisions in next week’s development control agenda, with the committee holding its virtual meeting on Wednesday, August 12.

The associated reports are “in archives” the planning department said, apologising for being unable to fulfil the request for documents, with the office closed due to coronavirus.
