OFFICERS investigating an assault which occurred in Longcross Street on 5 June, 2020, have charged Jeremy Lenohin with Section 18 Wounding.
Lenohin, 27, who is from the London area, will appear before Cardiff Magistrates Court today.
Three other men, 42, 25, and 23, have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
A 40 year-old woman remains in hospital with injuries that are not life threatening.
Police are not looking for anybody else in connection with the incident.
